I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like family. They even assisted me with a low-cost early morning transfer to the pier and provided useful local knowledge. They were also kind enough to let me pet and cuddle their adorable dog. The room was comfortable, and the facilities were amazing. I had one of the best beds I've slept in during my travels. The location was great - close to everything and surrounded by nature and trees. And despite not being on the beach, it was a peaceful retreat away from the crowded full moon party areas. a wonderful experience!

Stayed for 3 nights and had a great time at Modern Resort. the location is spot on, with Water World just a short walk away. - It's conveniently close to the beaches, nature, and Haad Rin Pier.

It was weekend and we would love to come back. Our room was brand-new and offered an electronic key card, a dining area, and a sitting area. Location: the hotel was right by The beach, the nature and Haad Rin. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Mong Lay Restaurant that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

For us it was ideal.

The hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, right by the nearest beach, and the island. the staff was helpful and amicable all the time. - I asked for a triple room with a safe, and they kindly provided it.

The bungalow at Modern Resort was really cozy and comfortable. I loved the private balcony and the en suite bathroom with a nice shower. It felt like a perfect little hideaway for a budget traveler like me.

Personally, I found the lack of air conditioning a bit challenging, but some guests might enjoy the Bright and airy feel.

The staff here was really nice and helpful, which made our stay more enjoyable. Our room was clean and had a safe, so we felt secure. We paid gbp 672 for it, which was a fair price. the setting of this venue is breathtaking, surrounded by nature 🌿.

I am a regular guest at this place. The staff helped me find my way and I never regretted staying here. It has Wi-Fi, car park, badminton, fishing, snorkelling, diving. I'll be back for Easter!

The bungalow was so cozy and comfortable, with a fan to keep me cool during the day. The room had a private balcony where I could enjoy my coffee while taking in the beautiful view. The en suite bathroom with shower facilities was perfect for my needs. I loved that the room had bathrooms with showers and free toiletries, making my stay even more convenient. The twin/double room had a balcony which added a nice touch to the overall ambiance. The cable TV in the room was a great addition for some entertainment during my downtime. Each room had its own private bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for every guest. The air conditioning in each unit was a lifesaver, especially during the hot summer days. The rooms were bright and airy, creating a refreshing atmosphere that made me feel relaxed.

Personally, I found the fan to be a bit noisy, but others might appreciate the white noise.
